FABULOUS FRUIT KABOBS!
Today's "cooking" activity involved making fruit kabobs and fruit dip. The fruits we used included star fruit, papaya, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, apples, cantaloupe, and bananas. If they wanted, children could also make a dip to eat with their fruit kabobs. The fruit dip was made with sour cream, vanilla yogurt, and brown sugar. This was a very popular and YUMMY activity!
